Baked Chicken Recipe
– 4 bone-in, skin-on chicken breasts
– 2 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 tablespoons olive oil
– 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, thyme, basil, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
3. Pat dry the chicken breasts with paper towels and place them on a baking sheet or in a baking dish.
4. Brush the chicken breasts with the prepared marinade and let them sit for 10-15 minutes to soak up the flavors.
5. Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F (75°C) when tested with a meat thermometer.
