Suddenly, a boy came running up to the group of boys playing catch. “I saw a snake!” he exclaimed. “It was huge!”

The other boys immediately stopped playing and ran over to see. Sure enough, there was a large snake sunning itself on a rock. It was a beautiful snake, with bright colors.

The boys were excited to see the snake and started to talk about what they should do. one boy wanted to catch it, while another wanted to leave it alone.

Golden Keys

We all have them,
Those little treasures
That we keep hidden away
For safekeeping

Some are big and some are small,
But each one is special
And meant to be cherished

These keys unlock the door to our memories
And bring us back to a time
When things were simpler and we were carefree

They are a reminder of who we once were
And who we are now

So take a moment and reflect
On the golden keys that you hold dear
And cherish the memories they hold for you

And always remember,

The key to happiness is finding the things that make you smile.

The Daily Spur-Activate

Sarah’s Alarm Clock

After a long day of work, Sarah was looking forward to her weekend. She had big plans of sleeping in, relaxing, and maybe even doing some shopping. However, those plans were quickly thwarted when her alarm went off on Saturday morning. Groggily, she reached over to silence it, only to realize that it was her phone, not her alarm clock, that was making the noise. With a groan, she saw that she had a notification from her boss. Apparently there was some sort of emergency at work and she was needed to come in.

Sarah tried to argue, but her boss was adamant. So, with a heavy heart, she got dressed and headed into work. As she drove, she made a mental list of all the things she was going to do once she got home. She was going to take a long bath, watch her favorite movie, and most importantly, she was going to activate her new sleeping mask. It was going to be the best weekend ever, despite the early start.
