The most positive changes that I have made in my life is my outlook on health and fitness. Specifically, I have become much more mindful of the foods that I put into my body and the exercise that I do (or don’t do). I used to be the type of person who would “work out” sporadically and would eat whatever I wanted without giving it a second thought. However, over the last few years I have made a conscious effort to be more consistent with my exercise routine and to eat healthier foods. As a result, I feel better physically and mentally, and I am confident that I am taking care of my body in the best way possible.
