I remember making a decision to be more mindful of how I spend my time a few years ago. I was noticing that I would often find myself veering off into doing things that weren’t necessarily productive, or were even counterproductive to my goals. So I decided to be more intentional about how I use my time, and to only do things that were going to help me move closer to my goals.
That decision has helped me become more focused and productive, and it’s something that I continue to work on to this day. It’s helped me learn to be more disciplined with my time, and to be more mindful of how I’m using it. And it’s definitely an ongoing process, but I’m grateful for the progress I’ve made thanks to that decision.
