Harry releases his anger
Anger is like a fire. It can be very destructive, but it can also be very helpful. It all depends on how you use it.
When Harry got home from school, he was so angry. He had gotten into a fight with another student and he had lost his temper. He was so mad that he started throwing things around his room.
His mother heard the commotion and came to see what was going on. She saw the anger in Harry’s eyes and she knew that he needed to release it in a positive way.
She took him out to the backyard and had him help her plant a garden. As they worked, Harry calmed down and began to feel better. He was able to take his anger and use it in a constructive way.
Now, whenever Harry feels angry, he knows that he can use that energy to help him do something positive.
