Marie was missing her bus by a few seconds every day. She would always take this route, and it was the only way she could get to her work place on time. But no matter how early she woke up or how fast she ran, she missed the bus by a mere few seconds. This went on for weeks, and Marie was already thinking about quitting her job because of it.

One day, as she was running towards the bus stop, she tripped and fell flat on the ground. She was picking up her things when she realized that nobody else was around. It was eerily silent, and Marie was feeling rather scared. When she looked up, standing before her was a figure so bright that it almost blinded her.

It was an angel, and she had beautiful white wings and a calming aura. She walked towards Marie and helped her to her feet.

“Don’t be afraid,” she said. “I know why you’ve been missing your bus every day. I’m here to help you.”

Marie couldn’t believe what she was hearing. Was this for real? The angel then took her by the hand and led her to the bus stop. As they approached it, the bus came to a sudden halt. The driver stepped out and looked at Marie.

“Are you okay?” he asked.

“Yes,” said Marie, feeling bewildered.

“Good,” said the driver. “I’ve been waiting for you.”

The driver explained that he had been running ahead of schedule every day, and he had purposely timed his signaling to allow Marie to catch the next bus.

Marie was overwhelmed with gratitude, and she knew that the angel had something to do with it. She turned to thank the angel, but she was no longer there. Marie looked around, but the angel was nowhere in sight.

From that day on, Marie never missed the bus again. She couldn’t explain what had happened, but she always felt a sense of peace when she thought about the angel. She knew that she had been blessed by a heavenly messenger, and it had changed her life forever.
