A Day in Nature

The sky was a deep blue,
the sun was a bright orange,
and the grass was a beautiful green.

We went on a lovely traipse
through the woods and the fields,
and we couldn’t have asked for a better day.

The fresh air was invigorating,
the scenery was gorgeous,
and we just had the best time.

We laughed, we joked, we sang,
and we just enjoyed each other’s company.

It was the perfect day for a traipse,
and we’ll never forget it.
