The Daily Spur -Damage

The Damage Within

The old house stood on the hill, its windows dark and empty. It had been abandoned for years, and rumors swirled about its haunted past. Some said that a family had been murdered there, while others claimed that it was the site of a satanic ritual.

One day, a group of teenagers decided to explore the house. They had heard the stories, but they didn’t believe them. They thought it would be fun to spend a night in the old house and see if anything happened.

The teenagers arrived at the house late at night. They climbed through a broken window and entered the dark interior. The house was dusty and cobweb-filled, and the air was thick with the smell of decay.

The teenagers explored the house, room by room. They found old furniture, dusty books, and faded photographs. They also found a strange room in the basement. The room was filled with symbols and strange markings.

The teenagers didn’t know what to make of the room, but they decided to perform a séance. They sat around a table and held hands. They closed their eyes and chanted, “We call upon the spirits of this house.”

At first, nothing happened. But then, the table began to shake. The teenagers opened their eyes and saw that the table was levitating. Then, they heard a voice.

“Who dares to disturb my rest?” the voice asked.

The teenagers were terrified, but they were also curious. They asked the voice who it was.

“I am the spirit of this house,” the voice said. “I am the one who was wronged here. And now, I will seek revenge.”

The teenagers tried to run, but the door to the room slammed shut and locked. The teenagers were trapped.

The spirit began to torment the teenagers. It threw them around the room and whispered threats in their ears. The teenagers were terrified.

One by one, the spirit killed the teenagers. It twisted their necks and broke their bones. Their screams echoed through the house.

Finally, only one teenager was left alive. She was a young girl named Sarah. Sarah was hiding under a table, too terrified to move.

The spirit approached Sarah. It reached out its hand and touched her face. Sarah closed her eyes and waited for the end.

But the end never came. Instead, the spirit opened Sarah’s eyes and said, “You have seen the damage that I have caused. You have seen the pain that I have inflicted. But now, I see something else in you. I see the potential for good.”

The spirit told Sarah that she had been chosen to be its vessel. It told her that she would use her powers to heal the world.

Sarah was hesitant at first, but she eventually agreed. She knew that she had to do something to stop the spirit from hurting anyone else.

Sarah became the spirit’s vessel. She used her powers to heal the sick and injured. She also used her powers to fight injustice and oppression.

Sarah made the world a better place, but she never forgot the damage that the spirit had caused. She knew that she had to be careful, lest she fall into the same darkness.
