Sally was having a terrible day. First, she overslept and was late for her job as a waitress. Then, her boss scolded her for being late. To top it off, one of the customers spilled his drink on her. Sally was so upset that she decided to quit her job on the spot. She was so angry that she didn’t even notice when she accidentally ran into a pole. As she was walking away, she heard someone laughing at her. She turned around to see who it was, but no one was there. She shook her head and walked away, wondering if today could get any worse.
